School Fees Policy – Introduction

We at Central English School, Baherchawada, Sawantwadi, are committed in providing overall education to all our enrolled Students. Central English School accepts that fees are a critical form of revenue for the school and that prompt payment of all fees is the responsibility of all parents of our students. The fees and levies collected at Central English School are essential in providing a high quality of education for students, and are used for the following purposes:

  • Provide resources, materials, facilities and equipment;
  • Provide teaching, administrative and ground staff;
  • Maintain buildings, grounds and other facilities;
  • Information about our school fees is provided in the following ways

  • In the School Office during office hours Monday to Saturday.
  • On request on Registered Mobile through School What App No.

Payment of Fees

The acceptance by parents of a position at Central English School assumes the ability to pay fees in full by the due date. The Fees are excluded of cost of travel to and fro of the students. Various payment options are available, with the school’s preference by means of Cash Payments at the counters of Central English School Office, Online Payment through our official website www.centralenglishschool.org, Netbanking, card UPI/QR payments.

School fee billing procedure

  • An account of full fees and levies will be issued by the school at the beginning of the term. The account will be payable within due date of payment. Delay in payments of the fees shall be entitled for penalty in term of per day basis.
  • Reminder notices will be sent to parents with an outstanding account past the due date of the relevant term account. Outstanding accounts are those that are not fully paid.
  • Any arrangements to vary the conditions for payment must be made through the Principal, and may involve discussions with the Managing Committee.
  • Parents with accounts outstanding at the end of the Term will be contacted by the Principal.
  • Should the account remain outstanding, the school will contact the parent to organize a meeting with the Principal, at a mutually agreeable time. The meeting will include a discussion of the issues surrounding fee payment and to reach an agreement on payment conditions. The outcome of the meeting will be confirmed in writing to the parent.
  • If the parent does not communicate with the Principal about the outstanding account, the Principal / Management will decide the necessary action, which may include Penalty for delay in payments.

Non-Payment of Fees

On rare occasions, parents fail to pay their account, do not respond to reminder notices and do not contact the school to make alternative arrangements. In these instances, the school may be forced to take appropriate action.

Fee Structure for Academic Year 2021 - 2022

1. PLAY GROUP: Annual Fee : Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
  • First Installment - Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid at the time of Admission.
  • Second Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th November.
    2. Nursery, Jr. KG., Sr. KG : Annual Fee : Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only)
  • First Installment - Rs. 2,000/- == To be paid at the time of Admission.
  • Second Installment – Rs. 2,000/- == To be paid on or before 20th September.
  • Third Installment – Rs. 2,000/- == To be paid on or before 20th November.
  • Fourth Installment – Rs. 2,000/- == To be paid on or before 20th January.
    3. STD 1st to 7th : Annual Fee : Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)
  • First Installment - Rs. 3,000/- == To be paid at the time of Admission.
  • Second Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th September
  • Third Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th November
  • Fourth Installment – Rs. 2,000/- == To be paid on or before 20th January.
    4. STD 8st to 10th : Annual Fee : Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only)
  • First Installment - Rs. 4,500/- == To be paid at the time of Admission.
  • Second Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th September.
  • Third Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th November.
  • Fourth Installment – Rs. 2,500/- == To be paid on or before 20th January.
